Returns Policy

Product Satisfaction: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help center with the below information:

1. Order number (available within the confirmation email or in Your Account)

2. The item you’d like to return

3. The reason for returning this item

We will then provide you with further instructions and an authorization to return the item(s).

Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and unused including all tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) are not returned in their original condition.

In the event of a return, we will refund the full purchase price of your order to your original method of payment.

At your expense (unless the product is faulty or not as described), you shall send back the product, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your refund request (i.e. your withdrawal from the Contract to us).

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. We recommend that you use durable packaging and a tracked shipping service when returning your item(s) as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Product: In the unlikely event that the products are faulty, damaged or defective, please also contact customer service within 30 days of delivery in possession of pictures, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
